Who can see it

Only you and the MrThesis team working on your case. Trusted providers may support hosting, email, Stripe payments, Cloudflare spam protection, or Google sign-in when enabled.

How long we keep it

We keep case messages and files while your case is open and for a limited period after it closes, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Security

Files are stored privately and are only available to people with access to the case. Use HTTPS to encrypt connections to the site.
